International Nonproprietary Names (INN)
von der Welthandelsorganisation (⇡ WHO) empfohlene internationale Kurzbezeichnungen für pharmazeutische Präparate, die infolge des Beitritts der Bundesrepublik Deutschland zur Satzung der WHO (BGBl 1974 II 43) freizuhalten und daher dem Kennzeichenschutz nicht zugänglich sind (⇡ Freihalteinteresse).
